Awesome Experience, Amazing New Zealand

We had an awesome trip to both North Island and South Island. We wanted a more relaxed and leisurely trip and Jane from Amazing New Zealand planned an excellent itinerary for us. We had a wonderful time on all the tours arranged by her as well as had the freedom to explore some parts of South Island on our own. She chose very strategic hotel with excellent views. We recently returned from a three-week customized trip to New Zealand (North and South Islands) that we planned with expert help from Jane Coutts at Amazing New Zealand Itineraries. We had been referred to her by a close friend, and his recommendation was spot on. After an initial conversation we quickly decided on the special places in New Zealand that we wanted to visit and the experiences we were most interested in. [Tip—plan early, as availability does become a factor even during the shoulder season (NZ spring) when we travelled.] Jane made numerous suggestions for us to consider and quickly booked the ones we chose. She was always open to our concerns and when we wanted to make some adjustments she quickly responded and updated our customized itinerary.

The best part was how seamless the whole travel experience was. We received a very detailed itinerary with many options for us to consider as we explored the country. This made the whole trip much more enjoyable, knowing that bookings were all taken care of, and that we had many options for other experiences also. During the trip we had occasion to make a few changes, and Jane was always available and replied to our questions within minutes! We can’t stress enough how much this helps when travelling in another country and you need to ask a question or make an adjustment.

In summary, our trip was amazing and definitely enhanced by the help we received from Amazing New Zealand Itineraries. Our only regret is that we didn’t have more time to experience such a diverse and beautiful country, with such genuine hospitality everywhere we visited. We’ve recommended Jane to our friends who are also considering a New Zealand trip in their future travel plans, and will in ours, also!

We couldn’t be happier with our experience using Amazing New Zealand to plan our trip. They booked our internal flights, our accommodations, and our excursions. To say Jane Coutts was an amazing travel agent would be an understatement. I found her on on a NZ travel Facebook group and reached out to her when I quickly realized planning our 4 week trip to NZ would consume more time than I could allot it. Car rentals, in country flights, excursions (of which there were many) etc. were all things I trusted her with and in return all we had to do was show up. Everything she had lined up for us was great and we truly got a comprehensive look of this stunning country. Perfect Mix Everything - We booked our self- drive vacation with Jane after she spent time getting to know us on a zoom call. She created the perfect itinerary that took into account all of our needs. We are kosher, active, love the outdoors and are adventurous! She had us booked in beautiful self catering apartments with beautiful views and tons of hiking, biking and nature. As the trip unfolded, she troubleshot every issue including what to do in the rain! We rarely use a travel agent as I enjoy doing the legwork myself. This experience showed me how much more you can see and do when you book with someone fabulous…she didn’t miss a thing and helped us focus our time on all of the best places. We could not recommend her more highly!

Amazing New Zealand was AMAZING
We’re in Canada and heard about Amazing New Zealand through friends. I only had a vague idea about what we wanted to do during our time in the country. Luckily, Jane Coutts immediately responded to my inquiry email and things went incredibly well from that point on. Jane listened to our ideas and came up with an amazing itinerary. With just a few tweaks, a trip was born! Things went seamlessly and we enjoyed everything. Unfortunately, we had a health emergency which meant we had to go home early. Jane was an incredible help with this as well. We couldn’t have been in better hands. I highly recommend Amazing New Zealand and will use them again.
